In traditional CCTV construction methods, each camera needs a single independent cable. When additional cameras are added this usually requires re-cabling of the system, however with the PS-078 A/V Modulator / Demodulator all you need is to add these to your current system to increase the camera capacity from one camera to potentially 25 down the same single coaxial cable.
TThe Modulator is a DSB ( Double-Sideband ) modulator to modulate any analogue A/V signal to RF ( Radio Frequency ) signal. The same concept as TV channels, one new RF signal is one new TV channel.? You can combine CCTV camera, Satellite Receiver, DVD Player or any A/V device into your TV/CCTV system.
